Introduction
AZ Air Balance (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides certified Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings. These terms apply to all services rendered, including but not limited to onsite testing, consulting, report generation, and data submissions.
Scope of Services
We deliver third-party TAB services that include airflow verification, hydronic balancing, pressure testing, equipment diagnostics, and compliance reporting. All services are performed in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
Estimates & Proposals
Proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on information provided at the time of estimate. Any deviation from original scope (e.g., added equipment, site delays, inaccessible areas) may result in a change order.
Scheduling & Site Readiness
Clients are responsible for notifying us when the project is ready for TAB work. Site must be clean, safe, and accessible. If systems are not ready upon arrival, additional mobilization fees may apply.
Documentation & Deliverables
Upon completion, AZ Air Balance provides thorough reports detailing all measurements, findings, and verifications. Reports are formatted for AHJ, LEED, or project-specific requirements. Any re-submissions caused by post-report system changes may incur additional fees.
Payments & Invoicing
Payment terms are Net 15 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. AZ Air Balance reserves the right to withhold reports or stop work on future projects if payment terms are not met.
Cancellations & Delays
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a mobilization fee. Project delays outside of our control are not the responsibility of AZ Air Balance.
Data Collection & Use
We collect project-related data necessary to perform TAB services. This includes mechanical plans, equipment schedules, CFM targets, and field measurements. All data is kept confidential and used solely for report generation and client communication.
Limitations of Liability
AZ Air Balance is not responsible for design flaws, installation issues, or equipment malfunctions. Our role is limited to verification and performance measurement. We do not guarantee system performance outside the scope of our test results.
Intellectual Property
All content, formats, logos, and reports provided by AZ Air Balance remain the intellectual property of AZ Air Balance. Clients may use final reports for submission, closeout, or internal documentation purposes only.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services provided will first attempt to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration in the state of Arizona.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
